Greg
concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial
real estate and general corporate transactions, with
an emphasis on retail development and leasing.
In the real estate field, Greg counsels and
represents clients in the acquisition, disposition,
development, leasing and financing of raw land,
regional and strip shopping centers, office
buildings, light industrial facilities, and other
real estate based assets on a local and national
basis. In the realm of general corporate
transactions, Greg regularly counsels and represents
clients in the formation and governance of business
entities, non-public mergers and acquisitions, and a
wide variety of other transactional matters.
