No Increase in Partner Hourly Rates for the 2009 Calendar Year.
The firm would like to take the time to thank all of our clients for their continued support over the previous years. The firm has decided that due to the current economy there will be no hourly rate increases for any of our partners. The associate rates were increased $10.00 an hour because of the knowledge and skills gained over the previous year. The firm feels that even with this small increase, our hourly rate is still in line with our competitors, and in most cases lower.

Roger W. Pecha Served as Faculty at a Seminar on Construction Lien Laws in Missouri.
On October 16, 2008, Roger W. Pecha served as one of three speakers at a seminar on construction lien law in Missouri. Attendees at this seminar learned strategies for tackling lien issues for private projects and bond issues for public projects. Owners learned how to protect property from unwarranted liens and defend them if they arise. Contractors and suppliers learned how to efficiently collect payment for work performed or supplies provided. And if faced with litigation, you'll know how to succeed in the litigation and foreclosure of mechanic's liens. Roger speaks annually on this subject for Lorman Education Services.
