Mr. Davis has spent the last year in private practice specializing in civil litigation. While in law school Conn served as a legal intern for the Honorable William J. Bauer of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He received his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2010. Conn is licensed in both Missouri and Illinois and his primary practice areas are Business, Commercial, Construction, and Banking Litigation.

Roger W. Pecha Served as Faculty at a Seminar on Construction Lien Laws in Missouri. On February 08, 2011, Roger W. Pecha served as one of three speakers at a seminar on construction lien law in Missouri. Attendees at this seminar learned strategies for tackling lien issues for private projects and bond issues for public projects. Owners learned how to protect property from unwarranted liens and defend them if they arise. Contractors and suppliers learned how to efficiently collect payment for work performed or supplies provided. And if faced with litigation, you'll learn how to succeed in the litigation and foreclosure of mechanic's liens. Roger speaks annually on this subject for Lorman Education Services.
Stephen Kling, Jr. Honored as 2010 Outstanding Business Person of the Year. On December 16, 2010, Stephen Kling, Jr. was selected as the Creve-Coeur Olivette Chamber of Commerce's 2010 Outstanding Business Person of the Year for his business, civic leadership and dedication to serving the Creve-Coeur-Olivette Chamber of Commerce business community and residents. This award is the highest honor given by the Chamber and one that not only recognizes the honoree's success in business, but also the extent to which the individual represents outstanding citizenship, an unrelenting commitment to ethical business practices, a generosity in volunteerism and community support, and serving as a role model for future business and civic leaders.
