Our firm has considerable

throughout St. Louis County. Representation includes not
only applications for re-zoning, site development plans and on
the land use plan process but also administrative practice and
litigation regarding re-zonings, conditional use permits,
variances and building citations.
LITIGATION

and business litigation. Jenkins & Kling, P.C. has
considerable experience in commercial and business
litigation, ranging from the customary commercial practice
associated with general representation of corporations and
partnerships and disputes arising out of commercial
transactions, to litigation involving business injuries,
environmental disputes, non-competition enforcement or
defense, intellectual property, title insurance matters,
equipment and other leasing litigation, landlord-tenant
disputes, bank fraud, construction and real estate title or
zoning-land use issues. Each of our litigators has
significant experience at both state and federal court

creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and in work-outs
involving lenders or businesses. Our firm also represents

prospective purchasers of bankruptcy estate assets.
LEASING TRANSACTIONS
Our firm also specializes
in the various aspects of law related to equipment leasing.
We represent numerous local, regional and national equipment
leasing companies. We handle matters in the bi-state area
and, with assistance from local counsel, in many other
states. Our attorneys who specialize in this area are
experienced in all aspects of leasing transactions,
including Article 2 and 2A transactions, broker and vendor
recourse matters, replevin, liquidation and defending
defective equipment claims. Our firm is also a member of the

BANKING
Jenkins & Kling, P.C.
represents banking and mortgage institutions chartered or
licensed to do business at state and federal levels. The
attorneys of the firm who specialize in the area of banking
law devote much of their time to the negotiation,
documentation and closing of commercial real estate and
asset-based loan transactions. These attorneys are also
experienced in the restructuring, or work-out, of
non-performing loans, as well as other services that relate
to defaulted credits such as foreclosure, liquidation and
