Dale Hermeling

Principal

Dale joined the firm in 2013 and brings more than twenty years experience representing clients in environmental, construction, real estate development and general business law.  He regularly handles complex environmental and regulatory compliance issues on both federal and state levels, including matters involving underground storage tanks, superfund, and health and safety issues.

Dale represents public and private owners and developers on both new construction and historic rehabilitation projects.  This work includes drafting, negotiating, and evaluating contracts, and handling the resolution of disputes through litigation, mediation and arbitration.

He handles complex commercial and industrial real estate matters, such as securing and using federal and state remediation and historic tax credits in the redevelopment of properties.
