Marta joined the firm in 2025 and focuses her practice on trusts and estates, with an emphasis on estate planning and estate administration. She works closely with individuals and families to plan and implement estate plans that reflect their personal values and financial goals.

Her practice includes advising on charitable giving, tax planning, and business succession strategies. She also guides fiduciaries and family members through the probate and trust administration process with clarity and care.

Before joining the firm, Marta gained valuable experience working for a private family office and in the trusts and estates department of a local law firm. She has significant experience collaborating with families, tax professionals, and financial advisors to create comprehensive and practical plans for her clients.

While in law school, Marta was active in leadership roles, serving as the Chair of the Moot Court Board, member of the Trial Advocacy Board, Treasurer of the Law Association for Women, and Secretary of the St. Thomas More Society. She also provided legal services to low-income clients through the Elder Law and Housing Clinic.
