Steve currently practices primarily in the areas of real estate, land use and zoning, creditor’s rights and general corporate law. He represents property owners, developers, and financial institutions in real estate acquisitions, development and financing matters. He has represented creditor groups such as banks, equipment leasing corporations, and other creditors for over 30 years. He also frequently is involved in planning and zoning matters. Prior to practicing law, Steve was an assistant bank examiner for the State of Missouri.
