COMMERCIAL LITIGATION

LITIGATION PRACTICE

Our law firm is unique among small firms because of our ability to undertake complex commercial and business litigation and dispute resolution. We also act as outside general counsel for various companies and banks in managing their litigation and dispute resolution, both locally and outside of the metropolitan area.

Jenkins & Kling, P.C. has considerable experience in commercial and business litigation, ranging from the customary commercial practice associated with general representation of corporations and partnerships and disputes arising out of commercial transactions, to litigation involving business injuries, contracts, real estate, zoning, land-use, title, environmental disputes, insurance coverage disputes, and commercial building management disputes. Each of our litigators have significant experience at both state and federal court levels, and we often represent regional and national partnerships and corporations in litigation within the metropolitan St. Louis area. Our firm also offers a full range of appellate services in all state and federal appeals courts.
